Returns Policy

Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service (support@pauseandpiece.com) to make sure you send the package to the right address.
(Notes: Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.)

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pauseandpiece.com.

SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays):
- Standard worldwide shipping (Standard shipping fee is $6, over $35 free shipping): 10 to 15 business days (tracking system availability varies)
- Express worldwide shipping (Express worldwide shipping fee is $11): 7 to 15 business days (tracking system availability varies)

Delayed delivery: In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days. This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions, or other instances.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (24 hours) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

Processing Time: In very rare instances, processing may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy times like holidays, promotions, or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at support@pauseandpiece.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details. Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
