Refund & Return Policy
At PAUSEANDPIECE, we want your puzzle experience to be completely stress-free. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns Because jigsaw puzzles contain many small pieces, we can only accept returns for items that are in their original condition. To be eligible for a return:
The puzzle must be unopened and in its original, sealed shrink-wrap packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for puzzles that have been opened, assembled, or have the plastic seal removed.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at [SUPPORT@pauseandpiece.com]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Remorse: If you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will evaluate the issue and cover the return shipping costs to make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
🧩 Missing Piece Support We know how frustrating it is to spend hours on a beautiful puzzle, only to find the last piece missing! While we cannot accept returns for opened puzzles, we do want to help you complete your masterpiece. If you discover a missing piece, please carefully check your surrounding area first (they love to hide under rugs or in chair cushions!). If it’s still nowhere to be found, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you with a replacement or a satisfying solution.
