Thank you for choosing PAUSEANDPIECE. We are thrilled to send our puzzles your way so you can start your relaxing journey. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations Currently, shipping is only valid for addresses within the contiguous United States.

Please note: We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we do not deliver to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.

Shipping Methods All orders are carefully packed and shipped out via our trusted carriers: UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

Processing Time: Your order will be processed and packed within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Note: All estimated times are based on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). When force majeure or severe weather events are encountered, the processing and delivery of orders may be slightly delayed.

Order Tracking You will be kept in the loop every step of the way! You will be sent at least two emails for each order you place:

Order Acknowledgement: Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive this email to confirm your order details.

Shipment Confirmation: Once your puzzle ships, you will receive an email including your order number, the carrier's information, and your tracking number. For the exact location of your shipment, please track your item directly on the carrier's official website.

Important Notes on Delivery

Address Accuracy: You, as the customer, are responsible for providing PAUSEANDPIECE with the correct mailing address at checkout. PAUSEANDPIECE is not responsible for items that have been mailed to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to the sender, we will try our best to track it down, but packages delivered to wrong addresses are often considered lost.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Packages are not insured, so please make sure you are shipping your puzzle to a secure location. PAUSEANDPIECE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." If your package is missing after delivery, please contact your local Post Office or the specific carrier with your tracking number for further assistance.

Unexpected Delays: Please understand that unforeseen circumstances (such as carrier network disruptions or lingering pandemic-related logistics delays) may occasionally impact delivery times.
